Arkansas is still basically a duopoly between the Cella's(Oaklawn)and Deleware(Southland). Now Pope Co. Can get one(Russellville) but it will be a hard fought battle to get it approved. Hard Rock wants to build a resort casino there. Arkansas really limited itself. There's no Northwest Arkansas option, Eureka Springs/south of Branson option or Texarkana option.
