Looks like it will be a beutiful project for that part of Downtown Sydney I'm gessing that the Hotel/Casino space are to the right, andthe 2 towers to the left are the apartments with the Library front left. I love that they decided to add a ramp for the Harbour Hopper as well, and it looks like they might add a Park next to what I asume is the library.
Personally I wish Moncton had a water front where projects similar to this would shine instead of looking on to a boggy river.
