love: winters/late fall/early spring, cosmopolitan, energy, continued growth and availability to arts, culture and entertainment.
hate: summers, traffic, lack of an identity, socially disconnected, shitty urban planning, seemingly high percentage of shitbags and a laissez faire mentality on just about everything.
