Lockdown not needed is fine but quarantine not needed is punishable. What is the punishment for such a negligence under Indian penal code? How many years jail? In this particular case I think punishment should be maximum since the person is educated one. Unless action is taken others will get emboldened and repeat the same mistake. Whether this is law now? -
