After lawsuits, bidding issues and much political wrangling, The Loop Trolley, has finally broken ground.
The Loop Trolley is a planned $43-million, 2.2-mile fixed-route electric trolley linking University City and Forest Park in St. Louis, with a stop at the Missouri History Museum.
