They seem to be dragging their feet, gettting started.
Other projects nearby, among others dowtown, are far more
advanced in construction, and having started at the sametime,
or even later. I could be wrong, but i don't see a lot of
progress.
I Imagine it will need a very deep excivation, and i hope
it links with adjacent PATH connected complexes, incl. Hudson Bay, &
Holt's, manulife.
It seems to be a rather small crew, onsite, and given the
magnitude of the project. Early days, yet. But at this pace it suggests this
might take forevcer.
