Under the Maryland/Sherbrook bridges are covered in garbage... looks like a landfill under the Maryland Bridge right now. I honestly think you're better off calling 311 to complain about garbage on City of Winnipeg property... councillors, especially the progressive ones, aren't going to do anything because:
- they don't want to 'stigmatize homelessness' or something
- they are okay with leaving homeless camps everywhere because it gives them an opportunity to point to another level of government and say 'this is your problem plz give $$$'
