I agree with the above statement as well. I was just really liking the idea of the two building concept going up at the same time and the impact it would have had on the skyline. Hopefully they won't be downscaling the hotel portion. I can see adding a residential component. But the size of a residential building might be heavily impacted by demand as well. Not to mention a 22 story residential building is not as tall as a 22 story office tower, so the impact is not as great.
