I would just like to add that regarding Niagara Falls development, I think you guys are in for tough times. With the strength of the Candian Dollar to the USD (fucked up because of those in power), as well as the requirement for passports soon, development might really dry up in the Falls. I originally had some information about two developments going up in the Falls that were not even official proposals yet but seemed to been withdrawn (a 60 storey hotel and a huge Days Inn expansion).

Hopefully if there is indeed coming problems with bringing in tourism $$$ and filling the hotel rooms, developers are going to shift to the condominium, retirement / baby-boomer population as their target. It may be that the 29 storey condo is a sign of things to come for Niagara Falls. This of course will result in something rather desirable, increases in population.
