Regarding Union, the Union/Charlotte corner is the worst spot in the western portion. Two huge vacant lots, an ugly office tower that could benefit from re-cladding, and the even uglier R Bar. That piece of lawn beside the Loyalist House is weird too- it should have a twin next door!
