i wasn't referring to revenue size, just that the influx of people in the immediate vicinity - and the overall appeal of that neighborhood as a destination - could seemingly make the valley forge location less likely to be cannibalized than the others mentioned above.
it will definitely be interesting to see how things shake out if/when the Live! location ends up being built either way; i totally agree that not all locations in the vicinity will likely be thriving in 5-10 years.
