The Albuquerque Development Commission has voted to approve and go forward with negotiations with all three qualifying proposals received for the east downtown RFP. The negotiation period can last up to 90 days, after which the projects may commence. The proposal for the Imperial Inn has the quickest timeline and they said they could begin early next year and be completed by the end of 2021.
