Not the high class ones, after all The Conrad is a high end Hilton, many of them may not know what the inside of a Hilton looks like.....but there should be plenty of "them" staying in the area.
"them" = normal, working type Euros, Brazilians...oh there will be a bunch of Brazilians all over town. They travel in huge numbers for the race.
