^Yes. Context matters.
WPE and 110N (and soon 320S Canal) work well by themselves because their blue facades pair well with their beige (limestone) neighbors (light blue + light brown).
The problem with Wolf Point is we have WPE (blue) next to WPS (blue) next to WPW (green) next to RP (blue) next to 150 Riverside (blue) across from 110N (blue).
Had some of these towers been spread throughout the city in different locations, I wonder if there would still be as much discussion about blue glass towers.
