lio mentioned "churches corner" (corner of Church Street and Queen Street) here in Moncton NB
I've browsed the internet for photos, and here are the three churches on the corners on the intersection:

This photo is interesting because it shows a sign in front with a rendering of the "Community Peace Centre", which has since been built. The church was having difficulty maintaining itself because of a dwindling congregation, so it formed a partnership with a number of social justice organizations in the city to build an adjacent office building where all these organizations would rent space. The building also contains a large daycare space, and the sanctuary of the church (renowned for it's acoustics) is now rented out regularly for various recitals and small performances. The two buildings are firmly interconnected to one another and the church has been saved.
