Yep. And I'm not sure you can really call a building that is much wider than it is tall a tower. But this area really needs development so I'll give it a pass. Nearly all if not all of the architecture by DC's baseball stadium is pretty terrible too. But it's been good for the city, especially younger professionals as it's a bit cheaper than neighborhoods like Dupont, Logan Circle and maybe even U Street/14th. On another note, nice TOD development planned for Kensington:
