I actually like the idea of a Safeco type park on the roundhouse land, with home plate at the corner of Lakeshore and Lower Simcoe and the CN Tower directly out at centre field, Bremner being a pedestrian only street, and have it gated for games similar to Eutaw St along the front of the warehouse in right field in Baltimore. But I don't know how you get around that NHS designation for the roundhouse.

Same site, just with entrances and "square" aligned to be a straight shot down Bremner from MLS, instead of the big long concrete wall.
