Security at One Penn Plaza in NYC wouldn't let my friend and I take pics of the lobby, and One Penn is a much less high profile building.
I love the decorations, those angels are gorgeous. And it was hard to make out the writing on the wall, but it looks like they've inscribed it with a bit of Los Angeles history. Talk about civic pride

Well one thing to be considered is the One Penn has many governmental offices in it.
