i try to walk by here and check out the whole area about once a week, and this is actually moving along pretty well. the site footprint is absolutely massive, so there is a lot to do before getting vertical. there is always a ton going on at this spot when i’m by, along with all the other spots in the area.

it’s wild seeing new buildings peek out from every angle you can think of all along this stretch - and new ones show up every week. there is also a bunch of smaller mixed-use projects going south on 2nd from here which is going to make a huge difference. there were quite a few dead spots on this corridor (especially on the west side) that are now really filling in. Northern Liberties extended is turning into one of the very densest areas in the entire city and doesn’t seem to be slowing down.
