Some concerns were raised about the lack of commercial space on McArthur. Apparently, they are leaving flexible space for future retail (?), possibly a bike repair shop.

On heritage, one of the houses is on the heritage list, but not officially heritage.
We can see that the the architect did put in a decent amount of thought into the ground floor and overall design. The slip-lane from Vanier to McCarthur and hydro lines have placed some limitations on overall design.
End of the day, the zoning bylaw amendment (for an extra floor (?)) was carried by Planning.
