I live off of McArthur so I'm excited to see that corner developed. I don't love the design but it's not terrible either. Has a bit of a downtown look on ground level on the McArthur side. Hopefully the Loblaws parking lot along McArthur will be developed at some point. Aside from the garden centre, it's not really being used.
