So I "heard" this...
The building will now be
rental vs the originally proposed condo.
I asked about the height and was told "
495'" and was told about 35 stories.
I asked again about the height and 495 was uttered
I asked about plan commission... there was a bit of push back, so hopefully in the next few months.
