Funny enough, when I used my phone in French, it’s spelled “Le Pas”.
Bausejour also becomes Bauséjour.
Rainy River becomes Rivière à la Pluie.
Lake of the Woods becomes Lac des Bois.
I always find it neat that even place names in NWO (i.e. Thunder Bay and points west) can have a French origin (though that French influence is all but gone now).
