Pretty standard as far as design goes but nothing wrong with that. Pretty decent height for the area, and as Yimby pointed out better at the ground level than most of the stuff nearby.
Jersey City is really going to be something a couple years from now. A decent amount going up on the waterfront and a whole new section/mini skyline in Journal Square.
