Great picture! One thing that really stands out is that Peachtree is starting to get "lost" as Midtown development spreads out. If you showed someone not from Atlanta a picture from that vantage point from 10 years ago, and asked them "where's Peachtree Street?" they would immediately know. The majority of developement was right along the North/South spine of Peachtree. Now, in this pic, it's not obvious any more. Look how much CODA, NCR, Modera, the rest of tech square, mutliple towers near the park at 11/12/13th, Hanover(s), Icon, Post Midtown, and others have really spread out the skyline. Looks like an urban area, instead of only Peachtree and 14th having towers. And that's reflected in the pedestrian experience.
