151 Front street has been around for a while now.
Keep in mind that the winter period is usually a slow time for new projects. Expect things to pick up over the next few months. Either way, its nice to have time to see projects in sales actually move to the construction stage. The more projects on the market, the more sales are spread out and the longer it takes for them to get moving.
