Like in bejing they have the ring roads, named 1st, 2nd and 3rd ring roads. Business park by the airport => Airport City, Medical center => hospital city, Wholesale marketplace near phoenix => Phoenix Mart.

Why cheesey? Chicago's Merchandise Mart is a beloved and historic building/neighborhood, and has been for eons. From a marketing perspective, I think it's a brilliant name. Would anyone be discussing this on a skyscraper page if it were called The Shops at Case Grande?
