Chinese project... Having been to China, it seems to me that they have very literal in naming schemes. They don't tend to do flashy names or creative names, they just name stuff what it is.
Like in bejing they have the ring roads, named 1st, 2nd and 3rd ring roads. Business park by the airport => Airport City, Medical center => hospital city, Wholesale marketplace near phoenix => Phoenix Mart.
To us that seems cheesey
