I also made World Trade Center style configuration in case if a hotel isn't profitable.

I would love to complete this building. I would build the building to this configuration. The current building and foundation could support 110 floors.

Floors Floor Use
0-50 Office
51-52 Skylobby
53-70 Office
71-72 Skylobby
73-99 Office
100-102 Open Air & Indoor Observation Deck
103-105 Restaurant
105-107 Cafe/Bar
107-109 Broadcasting Equipment/Telecommunications Equipment
110 Spire With TV & Radio Mast

Height To The Roof: 1410 Feet
Height To The Top Of The Mast: 1810 Feet.

Also there would be 2 Basement floors that would contain Restaurants and a Mall.
In my original posts I never mentioned design changes, but personally I would like to edit, or take out some setbacks because there are just too many for a building this tall. Plus eliminating some of the additional setbacks gives me more floor space to work with. More floor space would equal a bigger profit, and plus since it still has setbacks and it would basically follow pretty much the old design it would be very profitable in the style that would be a competitor of the Empire State Building.
