I spoke with someone from Hines a few months ago and they mentioned that the name "Adeline" is being named after a lady (maybe Marcy Adeline Gray?) who was one of the first European settlers in Phoenix and apparently did positive things with the local tribes - I'm not sure of all the details, but he mentioned that they wanted to do some interior art or placard or something that gave tribute to her.
