How about taking a pic,
oldstuff? The '49 had a window crank with a chrome knob or an solid plastic one; the '50's chrome was the same, but the knob was ivory plastic with a silver center. (The '51-'56 Fords used different interior handles with concentric rings, sort of Deco.... Things were changed again for '57....)
Speaking of cars, I don't remember seeing this particular incarnation of Hillcrest Cadillac in Beverly Hills--with all the script signage:
