New Renderings Reveal Vision of Sacramento Commons Project

The redeveloped residential high-rise project Sacramento Commons is still working its way through city approvals, though the developer, Kennedy Wilson Inc., has released some renderings of the project.

As outlined in the original proposal, the renderings show a pair of 25-story high-rise buildings flanking a civic plaza at the northwest corner of 7th and P streets, which would be the project’s southeast edge.

Renderings also show a new building on the project’s northeast corner, which proponents have said would house another 120 condominiums in a 22-story building, with the option of 320 hotel rooms there as well.
