No info on Grand Central Tower so far. It won't start to really move forward until the rezoning of East Midtown goes through, so I think anything solid is a few years away. But since it'll be rezoning the largest CBD in the world, across the street from GCT, I'm confident once the rezoning does get approved, that will instantly become one of the most valuable developable sites in the country, and should come together relatively quickly depending on what the economy is like then.
Also, Eidolon, that list made my jaw drop. It's one thing to have all those towers rattling around in your head, but it's another to see them listed like that. By 2020 NY should be the near unanimous #1 skyline in the world. Certainly exciting times.
