Haven't seen this posted yet. The Draft Environmental Assessment is out. I haven't had time to look at it too closely yet, but there seem to be some interesting nuggets in there, like discussions of alternate locations for the terminal, etc. Page 40 has some cool drawings of terminal redevelopment proposals that have been suggested over the past 30 years.
