The domestic case seems pretty open and shut at first glance. The guy had a gun and would not drop it, what were the police supposed to do? Talk him down?
The case involving the 16-year old is unclear based on the information released in the article.
What about those kids in the stolen car smashing into other cars and a police car while they attempted to get away headhorse? They could have killed people...all for some alcohol. What about that?
