Keep us updated Jimtheman. Coeur d'Alene is one of the most beautiful cities and areas anywhere so it is great to see updates on the cities progression.
I would live to have a condo in either Coeur d'Alene or Sandpoint. I read about a new project where the developer wants to build floating house boats on Lake Pend Oreille, or I think it was that lake, maybe it was the Pend Oreille River, but I cannot remember.
Has there been any updates on the French villas?
