^ i envy that you have a new world of music ahead of you to explore, because serge is a huge, huge artist. he is like a dirty sinatra. i know all his music well, but you kind of burn through it and lose interest after awhile because he is exhausting.
indeed, smoking, drinking and his louche lifestyle could not have led to a very pleasant final years of his life. that's the cost i guess.
btw it says charlotte has lived in my neighborhood since 2014 per wiki. i've seen her around, i dk, but she seem rather pleasant. no doubt she also spends time back in la france and elsewhere, as the rootless rich are wont to do. in fact, i'm sure she is there right now as everyone else of her ilk has bailed out of this town if they could.
