Denver is waaay past due for a supertall. There are many smaller cities that have taller buildings than Republic Plaza and no views to speak of. Hope this gets built with a height between 1050' and 1100'.
1144 Fifteenth is a big step in the right direction, its only fault is that its too short by about 150-200'.
What Denver really needs is an observation tower like the Space Needle or CN Tower. Very few big cities have views worthy of such a structure and Denver is one of them.
