I very much like this tower, the design might not be something out of this world but if the cladding is of the same quality as the rest of the Brickell City Center towers (they look sexy as hell) it will be a sight to behold. This is great news for us, we have been waiting for a serious supertall to be approved for a long time. With the FAA approval developers will be encouraged to pursue more 1000 footers.
