I sure hope so! Once Chelten Ave is revitalized (at least between the Chelten Ave and Germantown Regional Rail stations), all of Germantown will be desirable. Northwest Germantown is already largely desirable, and both Southwest and Northeast Germantown have a ton of potential. Southeast Germantown will continue to be the laggard of the group, but that could change with larger developments around Wayne Junction and Wister Stations.
