While walking on Saturday night I noticed these pictures near the back of what I think is the Kearns building (I was cutting through the Zions Bank parking lot towards Arrow Press Square on my way to Blue Iguana, to give you reference of location). Does anyone know what is going on here, is an interior renovation of that building going on?
