Saturday Thread Update:
1) For Saturday, what was done:
A) Finished all of the U.S. and did all of Europe and Malaysia. Last two are completely new.
B) Added titles to all of the projects (except India, will do tomorrow)

Note: For some projects, I left the title with no rendering as either renderings aren't available or proper info is not revealed. Some are in the NYC supertalls.
C) The first page just got a lot bigger.
D) If I'm missing some for those sections or my figures are off, let me know. Accuracy is important for me.
