So true. Imagine how easy (and closer to street level) it would be to build phase 3 & 4 of the second av. subway if this whole area is razed and redeveloped!! The Spura development could get in the way if those phases are funded ...
Also, I think most areas(streets) around bridges/tunnels are a complete mess because of the ramps and treacherous roads. Most of those roads need to go!
