When this is under construction or complete, there will be a decent streetscape extending south along Hollis Street starting around Keith Hall. With another couple of comparatively small changes (fix up the wood apartment building, some maintenance for Black-Binney House and its grounds) it could be great. Most Canadian cities don't really have this style of development, with the narrow streets, hills, and a mix of very old buildings with tons of character and modern infill.

I was talking to some friends about how weirdly dead Hollis can be sometimes. It's a major street but just doesn't seem to get that much foot traffic. Hopefully these residential developments (Ralston, Gulf lot) will liven things up.
