Did anyone catch the mention today in the Bee about how the River Cats are near tops in average attendance, yet nobody really knows where they're at or how their season is going? It was kind of an obvious statement, but all I can add is that there's not much better than a day or night out at Raley Field. It's maybe counterintuitive, but I'd rather spend at day watching the Cats than the Kings... and I'm not a big baseball or minor league sports fan at all.
We really have a nice park there. And the given success of the A's farm doesn't hurt either
