This is surprising to me that the Beam project isn't happening anymore only because wasn't Mortenson or some other construction company leasing out the entire building as their HQ and building it? Would seem like a good deal unless they shifted toward solely working from home and job sites then I could see why. But I hope this new project is high quality.
