I love Miami, but this is a lame tower. If RXR ditched the current design of 175 Park and replaced it with this, people would go ballistic. This is basically a fat box with an interesting, vaginal skin. The pulled back labia are nice, but a slender spire was warranted for a tower that will be tied with some others for Miami’s tallest tower.
