Tree Permit Submitted For One Brickell City Centre Supertall

What appears to be the first construction permit connected to the proposed One Brickell City Centre Supertall tower has now been applied for.
Records show that an affiliate of developer Swire Properties applied for a permit to remove 126 trees at 700 Brickell Avenue.
The permit application was submitted to Miami’s Building Department on July 13.
There does not yet appear to be any demolition or new construction permits pending for the property. A commission vote on design changes including larger floor plates and removal of underground parking is scheduled for later this week.
