You have to upload them to your computer/laptop, then upload them to a photo host. I use
https://imgur.com/
Then you grab the URL BB code and paste that into your forum post.
It's also best to resize them before uploading them. You should have a photo viewer with your computer/laptop, and you can edit and resize them that way.
