Once upon a time, I looked into the matter and found some addresses (717 N. Main Street, 810 N. Main, 688 Rio Street); but I ran out of time, forgot about it, and never finished my researches. Perhaps the brick foundry in your pic is at one of these locations...?
If we're eliminating brass foundries, I don't think the one in e_r's picture is this one on the corner of Aliso and Garcia Streets in 1899.

Here are a few more who took out large adverts in the early CDs. I haven't checked out the addresses.

First, H H Conklin Iron and Brass Foundry from 1886-1887.



Moving on a few years, this is the advert for the Mann & Johnson Machine Works and Brass Foundry from 1898.



I'll finish with the Acme Brass Foundry Company, Inc from 1914.
